11. Tie: Enchanted Tiki Room, Country Bear Jamboree, Carousel of Progress
A bit of a cop out to start things off, but all three of these are shows featuring a full cast of audio animatronics. Which one is your favorite will depend on personal preference. If we had to choose, we’d probably go with Carousel of Progress just for its 30 minute duration.
10. Space Mountain
What is essentially a Wild Mouse in the dark, Space Mountain is elevated by fun theming and just a bit of nostalgia. You may want to book a chiropractor appointment for when you get home after riding though.
9. The Jungle Cruise
A classic Disney experience, albeit one that can vary drastically based on the quality of your skipper. It takes a special skill to land all those cringe-worthy puns and dad jokes!
8. TTA Peoplemover
There aren’t many more relaxing experiences at Walt Disney World then gliding smoothly along the skyline of Tomorrowland. The expreinece gets even better once the sun goes down providing great views of the neon lights of tomorrowland, as well as a lit up Cinderella castle.
7. Pirates of the Caribbean
I’m a bit jaded when it comes to the Magic Kingdom version of Pirates since it’s vastly inferior to its original Disneyland counterpart. That being said, its still incredibly charming and the 2nd best pure dark ride at Walt Disney World.
6. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
A super fun, awesomely themed family coaster, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a rite of passage for many kids on their first WDW visit. Plus, it has animatronic goats!
5. Main Street USA Entertainment
This is the heart of the Disney parks right here. Many people likely blow right past Main Street after entering the park, but this is the most uniquely Disney area in any of the WDW parks! The entertainment is a huge part of that thanks to classic Americana offerings such as the Dapper Dans, Main Street Philharmonic and The Trolley Show!
4. Festival of Fantasy Parade
The best daytime parade we’ve ever seen. Full of great floats and fun characters, along with a super catchy soundtrack!
3. Happily Ever After
It’s the best fireworks show Disney has ever put together and the perfect way to end your day at The Magic Kingdom!
2. Haunted Mansion
An all-time classic Disney attraction. Everything about it is perfect.
1. Splash Mountain
The best ride theme park ride in the world as far as we are concerned; It’s an 11 minute top notch dark ride with some thrills thrown in.
