We visited Disneyland back in August of last year and I realized I had a bunch of random unused photos lying around on my computer. Therefor, throughout this week we are going to take a mental trip out west for a series of photo tours at Disneyland Resort.
To start things out, today we are going to take a look at a bunch of photos taken around the park after dark. Night time is the very best time to be in the parks as far as we are concerned. The parks are never prettier than when lit up after the sun sets and there is always just a fun buzz in the air.
So let’s take a look at Disneyland Park after dark. These photos are from multiple visits and in no particular order.
We first visited Disneyland back during its 60th anniversary!
This was my first attempt ever at photographing fireworks. Looking back now I’m not impressed but for my skill level at the time, I was proud of the results.
Disneyland has the best version of Fantasmic as well.
Storybook Land Canal is one of the several Fantasyland attractions exclusive to Disneyland. Its a great little ride that’s even better at night!
The rest of the photos below were taken after closing. This is our favorite time to be in any Disney park!
Tomorrowland is always better at night with its neon glow.
With an 11 pm closing, we were the last ones out of the park around 12:45 am. They literally closed the gate right behind us!
I hope you enjoyed this little photo tour of our favorite Disney park in the country! We will be back soon with a similar look at California Adventure next door! Until then, thanks for reading and bye for now!
